Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Beonvpro LLC (“Beonvpro”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United States with its principal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By purchasing a subscription or ordering services from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services are provided to businesses (B2B). By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

We provide commercial IT services, including website and application development, maintenance and support subscriptions, API and systems integration, and related professional services. The specific deliverables included in each subscription plan are described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Custom projects are governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work in addition to these Terms.

• Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You will receive an email receipt for each payment.
• Included development hours reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over to the next month.
• We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the cancellation link in your Stripe receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access to the plan’s services until then. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it up to date.
• Provide timely access, credentials, and content reasonably required for us to deliver the services.
• Use the services only for lawful business purposes and not to infringe any third party’s rights.

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you under your subscription or project. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables.

We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

We may suspend or terminate services if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within 14 days of notice, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription as described above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
